• You can also contact us for a travel planning or counseling session based on your chosen destination.  JRF Voyages travel planners can assist you over the phone or can set up a meeting with you or your travel group.  Our services shall include but not be limited to:
  •  Provide further assistance in allocating additional options such as destination comparison for your travel needs and wishes;
  • Discuss bet value of your travel packages and / or allocate a travel package based on your budget and destination;
  • Provide travelers  with necessary and current documentation for your destination(s);
  • Advice/recommend travelers on any issues related to your destination(s) (such as security, health, visa requirements, travel documentation etc.) or
  • Refer customers to other travel services companies, if we do not have what the client is looking for – All for a minimal fee based on travel package(s).

Individual and Group Travel Services

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit per vacation and person is required for us to reserve space for you. Payment of the deposit means you’ve read and accepted the Terms & Conditions (highlighted by each suppliers or affiliates, and our company).

• Final Payments: Final payment may be different from companies to companies (suppliers) providing the products.  JRF Voyages will expect final payment at least 45 days prior to commencement of services (group only).

• Cancellations and cancellation fees:  Once online purchases are implemented, penalties or cancellation fees will depend on our preferred suppliers/vendors’ policies, from which you have purchased travel service(s).  JRF Voyages will provide you assistance with the cancellation process.

• I-Bank – To make your life easier and add additional online transaction security, we provide you with additional method of payments for securing travel deposits or making full payments with a credit card submission form, our merchant PayPal account or a direct bank to bank deposit.
